Cinzia Forte - soprano
Lyric coloratura soprano, Cinzia Forte is praised by international critics for the
uncommon elegance of her phrasing and remarkable stage presence. Mrs. Forte is present
on the billboards of the main Italian and European theaters such as the Teatro alla
Scala, Teatro San Carlo in Naples, Teatro La Fenice in Venice, Teatro Comunale in
Bologna, Teatro Massimo in Palermo, Teatro Regio in Turin, Opera in Rome, Rossini
Opera Festival in Pesaro, Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, Concertgebouw
in Amsterdam, Liceu in Barcelona, Teatro de la Maestranza in Seville, Zurich Opera
House, Théâtre des Champs-Elysees in Paris, Opéra Royal de Wallonie in Liège, Deutsche
Oper Berlin and Teatro Real in Madrid. Cinzia Forte has lately added important roles
to her repertoire: Contessa d’Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro (Liège), Anna
Bolena (title role, in Trieste), Desdemona in Otello (Pisa and Cagliari),
Madama Butterfly (title role, Sassari and Cosenza). Mrs. Forte recently
starred as Bianca in Bianca and Falliero at the Rossini Festival in Bad Wildbad,
in revivals of La Traviata at the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples, in Rossini’s
Stabat Mater in Monte Carlo, Bratislava and Budapest under Gianluigi Gelmetti
and in a new Liederabend with Maurizio Baglini at the piano in Tuscany and
Treviso. Again with Maurizio Baglini she recently performed Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony
(Liszt’s version) at the Auditorium in Milan.
Plans include: Otello in Liège and La Gazzetta on tour in Tel
Aviv again with the Opéra Royal de Wallonie, and as returning guest at the Teatro
San Carlo in Naples she will star as Contessa d’Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro.

George Andguladze - bass
Born in Georgia, George Andguladze moved to Italy where he studied at the Accademia
delle Voci Verdiane in Busseto, then he specialized under the guidance of Renato
Bruson. In 2009 he made his debut in Haydn’s Il Mondo della Luna (Buonafede)
and in La Serva Padrona at the Teatro Regio in Parma; he then starred in
Il Trovatore (concert version) in Busseto under Michele Mariotti. Amongst
his past engagements, it is worth mentioning: Aida (Ramfis) under Antonino
Fogliani, Stiffelio (Jorg) and he took part in the 2012 production of Rigoletto
at the Teatro Regio in Parma.
Recently he sang Verdi’s Requiem in Jesi; Tonio in Pagliacci at the
Teatro Bellini in Catania; a gala concert in Monte Carlo conducted by Jeffrey Tate;
Escamillo in Carmen in Trapani, Moscow and in Seoul; Aida in
Rovigo and Pisa.
Plans include: Don Giovanni in Zlin and Mozart’s Requiem
in Prague.

Gianluigi Gelmetti - conductor
Conductor and composer, Gianluigi Gelmetti, is one of today’s most prestigious conductors.
Since his debut with the Berlin Philharmonic, the Italian conductor regularly appears
on the podium of the world’s most important opera houses and festivals. M° Gelmetti
was Principal Conductor at the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra for ten years
and Music Director at the Teatro dell’Opera in Rome from 2000 to 2009; he was Principal
Conductor and Artistic Director at the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Music director
of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo.
Mr. Gelmetti also regularly works at the Royal Opera House - Covent Garden as well
as in the most important theaters in the world. In Italy he performed many works
by Rossini at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, thus receiving the Rossini d’Oro
Prize for his Guillaume Tell. Mr. Gelmetti was honored with the title of
“Chevalier de l’ordre des arts et lettres” in France and appointed “Cavaliere di
Gran Croce” in Italy.
Mr. Gelmetti recently obtained great success conducting Guillaume Tell in
Monte Carlo and in Paris (Théâtre des Champs-Elysées), Rossini’s Stabat Mater
again in Monte Carlo then on tour in Bratislava and Budapest, Haydn’s Die Schöpfung
and Don Giovanni at the Teatro Verdi in Trieste; a symphonic concert
with the Filarmonica del Teatro Comunale di Bologna with an all-Tchaikovsky program.
Plans include Die Fledermaus in Trieste, Manon Lescaut in Liège
and a series of concerts with the Orquesta Sinfónica del Sodre in Montevideo in
Montevideo .
